From April 11, 2022, we will set the period for the usage and accumulation of miles during campaigns, etc.

Miles earned through flights and Life Solution Services will still be available for all purposes and will be accrued to group1(Miles) with a validity period of 36 months.
Miles earned through campaigns, etc. will be accrued to group 2, 3 or 4(refer to above), and depending on the group, their validity period and the benefits for which they can be used will differ.

*1.Life solution services is a general term for various daily life services such as shopping, in addition to flights.

*2.For some campaigns, miles may be accrued in Group 1(Miles). We will provide you with the mileage account group and expiration date information on the website of each campaign.

Changes from the past mileage account
Miles accrued by April 10, 2022
- All miles will be valid until the end of the 36th month after the miles were accrued.
- Can be used for all benefits and various procedures.
- * Miles earned by April 10, 2022 will keep their current expiration date and will be transferred to Group1(Miles).
(example)
For example, in March 2022, if (1) flight miles are accrued by boarding ANA flights, (2) miles are accrued from Life Solution Service, and (3) miles are accrued by participating in a campaign, all of the above (1), (2), and (3) are valid until the end of March 2025, and can be used for all benefits and various procedures.
For Mileage Accrual from April 11, 2022
- The expiration date and usage will be determined depending on the campaign.
- * Miles earned through campaigns that start by April 10, 2022 will be accrued to Group1(Miles).
(Example)
For example, in April 2022, if (1) flight miles are accrued by boarding an ANA flight, (2) miles are accrued from Life Solution Service, (3) miles are accrued by participating in a campaign, the expiration date and benefits for using miles will differ as follows.
(1) and (2) Miles applied to Group 1 are valid until the end of April 2025 and can be used for all benefits and various procedures.
(3) For miles applied to any of Groups 2 to 4, the expiration date will differ depending on the campaign, and some benefits may not be available.
If you have miles with the same expiration date in different mileage account groups
Miles will be deducted in order from the one with the closest expiration date. If you have different groups of miles, we will deduct them in the order of Groups 4 to 1.
Mileage expiration date for "Diamond Service" members
During the "Diamond Service" membership period, the expiration date of your unused miles will be extended and they will not expire. If you are no longer a member of the Diamond Service, all unused miles will expire at the end of the 36th month from the date you stopped being a member.
Mileage expiration date for Million Milers (Customers with 1 million or more ANA Lifetime Miles)
The expiration date of your unused miles will be extended and will be valid for life.
