Value (ANA Discover JAPAN Fare)

When reserved and purchased through the WEB

Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA Website.

Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.

Purchase must be completed at same time as reservation or untill Advance Purchase whichever is earlier.

When reserved and purchased through other channels

Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA branchs and travel agencies outside Japan.

Ticketing fee will be applied when purchasing at ANA branchs.

Purchase must be completed within 24 hours after reservation or until 7days prior to departure date(Class V) or 3 days prior to departure date (Class Qand B) whichever is earlier. (Tickets issued on or after August 16, 2022)

Purchase must be completed within 24 hours after reservation or until 7 days prior to departure date whichever is earlier. (Tickets issued until August 15, 2022)

Before Departure: Refundable with the fixed cancellation fee for each route. (Tickets issued on or after August 16, 2022)

After Departure: Non Refundable

For inquiries regarding refunds, please contact the ANA office outside Japan or the travel agent through which you made your reservation.

Reservation change is not permitted after purchase.

However, change to an earlier flight is permitted at the airport on the day of departure on a stand-by basis.

Switching to other airlines is not permitted.

Available on all sales channels (including ASW, ANA counters, Travel Agents and Online Travel Agents), except for those located in Japan.

The fare is not available on ASW JAPAN

No discount applies for children (same as adults).

Free of charge for infants under the age of 3 and not occupying a seat.
