• This redemption is only open to ANA Mileage Club members in Europe including Russia, Middle East and Africa. (Registered address for mail must be in Europe including Russia, Middle East or Africa. ) View/Change your address

• Miles will be automatically deducted from your mileage account at the time of redemption application. No change, refund or cancellation is allowed after redemption application.
• Mileage expiration date is based on Japan time. Please make sure to use miles before the expiration date.
• The vouchers/gift cards will be shipped to the customer's registered address for mail with ANA Mileage Club. Please do not change the registered address for mail until you receive vouchers. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 business days from the order date for delivery. (It may take longer to some countries.)
• Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de Gift Card claim code is issued 7 days after you redeem your miles. To check your claim code, please click "Gift Card Claim Codes" at the Members Service area of ANA website.
• ANA is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers. In addition, the vouchers cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
• The vouchers/gift cards cannot be sold or bought.
• Mileage pooling through Family Account service is not permitted for gift voucher application.
• No cash alternative is offered.
• There are other restrictions that apply for each of the vouchers / gift cards. For details, please contact the respective retailers.
