Please present passport. Note: A Disembarkation Card is not necessary when entering Germany. See Special Guidance info on this page for details if traveling to and/or between Schengen countries.

• If you need to submit a tax application at Customs, please follow the red line.
• If you do not need to make a declaration, please follow the green line.

There is immigration control on Level 5 (H-Level) after going down from Level 6 (arrival level). After immigration, please proceed to the ground floor (Level 3) via G-level (Level 4) to collect your luggage and go through customs.

• Letter of Consent is required for the travelers under the age of 18 entering and/or departing from Germany without parents/guardians.
• In accordance with German law, minors under the age of 18 entering and/or departing from Germany alone (including transit passengers*) must prepare a consent letter signed by a parent/guardian.
  • Applicable passengers should contact their nearest German embassy, consulate or honorary consul. If you are a German resident, please contact your nearest Federal Police office or relevant public institution.
• In addition to the above, passengers between 5 and 11 traveling alone are required to use ANA Junior Pilot program.

Flights operated by ANA Group will depart from Terminal 2 Satellite.

A value-added tax (VAT) is applied to items purchased in Germany or other EU countries, but visitors may apply for the refund of the tax.

• VAT refunds may not be provided by some shops, please check the shop for tax-free handling and process a Tax Refund Check.
• Show the purchased item, your passport, boarding pass and Tax Refund Check to the Customs official at departure and have the check stamped.

Some travelers are eligible for Fast Track Security Screening. Travelers should look for the Gold Track signs.

Passengers connecting from ANA to Germany domestic flights or Schengen Agreement countries (Boarding gate initial letter: G or K)

• Please check the boarding gate for your connecting flight. Please go down one floor (H-LEVEL) from the arrival floor and proceed along the letter "G" or "K", which is the initial letter of the boarding gate. At Munich Airport, there are immigration and security inspections as well as customs inspections for carry-on baggage. Then, please proceed to the boarding gate for your connecting flight. If the boarding gate for your connecting flight is K-Gate, take the shuttle to the satellite terminal, then proceed to the K-Level boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from ANA to flights to non-Schengen Agreement countries (Boarding gate initial letter: H or L)

• Please check the boarding gate for your connecting flight. Please go down to the next floor (H-LEVEL) from the arrival floor and proceed along the letter "H" or "L", which is the initial letter of the boarding gate. After passing through the security check, if the boarding gate for your connecting flight is H-Gate, please proceed directly to the H-Level boarding gate. If the boarding gate for your connecting flight is L-Gate, take the shuttle train to the satellite terminal, then proceed to the L-Gate boarding gate. (In either case, there is no need to go through immigration inspection at Munich Airport.)

Passengers connecting from ANA to Germany domestic flights or Schengen Agreement countries (Boarding gate initial letter: G or K)

After passing through security on Level 6, take the escalator down to Level 5 and follow the initial letter of the boarding gate "G or K". After immigration, if the boarding gate for your connecting flight is G-Gate, take the shuttle to Terminal 2 (Gates G, H), then proceed to the G-Gate boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from ANA to flights to non-Schengen Agreement countries (Boarding gate initial letter: H or L)

After passing through security on Level 6, take the escalator down to Level 5 and follow the initial letter of the boarding gate "H or L". If the boarding gate for your connecting flight is H-Gate, take the shuttle to Terminal 2 (Gate G, H), then, proceed to the H-Gate boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from Germany domestic flights or Schengen Agreement countries to ANA:

Follow the signs for "Gate L" from the arrival floor, go up to L-Level, go through passport control, and then proceed to the ANA boarding gate. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please take the shuttle to the Satellite Terminal, go through passport control, and then proceed to the ANA boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from non-Schengen countries to ANA flights:

The boarding gate will vary depending on the country of departure. In all cases, please follow the signs for "Gate L" and proceed to the boarding gate for your ANA flight. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please take the shuttle to the Satellite Terminal and then proceed to the boarding gate for your ANA flight. Depending on the country of departure, security checks may be carried out.
