Earn Miles on ANA International Flights
ANA Mileage Club members can earn miles on all ANA International Flights to use for more flights, upgrades and more.
Applying Using Members-Only Features
After logging into the ANA website, click My Menu, select “Retroactive Registration,” and select either “Mileage Credit for ANA International Flights” or “Mileage Credit for Partner Airline.” For member-only features, please go here. See below for the application procedures.
1. ANA Mileage Club Top Page
Click on the [Login/Join] button, then enter your AMC membership number and password to log into the members-only page.
2. ANA Mileage Club My Menu
In the "Manage Profile" tab on My Menu area, please choose "Retroactive Registration,” then click "Register International flight Mileage.”
3. International Retroactive Registration Page Profile: Step 1
Confirm your AMC membership number and name, read the details regarding mileage registration, and then click “Register Email Address.”
4. International Retroactive Registration Page Profile: Step 2
Enter the email address at which you wish to receive the confirmation email, then click “Register Flight Information.”
5. International Retroactive Registration Page Profile: Step 3
Refer to your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt or boarding pass and enter the information for the relevant flight. Flight information is presented in different layouts depending on the airline. Refer to the links below for examples of where flight information can be found within a document and enter the information accordingly.
6. International Retroactive Registration Page Profile: Step 4
Confirm the entered information, then click Register. Please note that changes and deletions will not be possible after you click Submit.
7. International Retroactive Registration Page Profile: Step 5
This screen indicates that the application has been completed. Check the confirmation results for partner airlines via the Retroactive Registration Details page.
Required Documents
- e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt (receipt issued by an airline or travel agency which indicates the flight number, flight information, booking class, etc.) or passenger ticket receipt (copies accepted)
- Original boarding pass (not required for customers who are using mobile boarding passes obtained through the online check-in service)
- Completed Mileage Retroactive Registration Application Form.
- A printed form is not required if you are submitting an application through the ANA website or email.
