A short reference note (with information in English and Simplified Chinese) is available to explain what ANA's frequent flyer program partners need to do when you request mileage registration. It can be useful when completing procedures at the airport.
This is also required when purchasing a ticket under the ANA flight number for a codeshare flight that is operated by an ANA partner airline.
Please ensure that you retain the required documentation*1 until after you have confirmed that the mileage has been credited to your account.
Even if you have completed the mileage registration procedures, there may be cases when mileage accrual may not be processed automatically due to system-related issues, etc., at the airline which operated the flight.
Mileage will be credited to your account between 3 days and 1 month after the departure date.
Retroactive mileage registration for eligible ANA partner airlines are accepted online through the ANA website. Mileage registration applications by phone are not accepted.
(Virgin Atlantic retroactive application is processed by email or postal mail.)
Customers who did not register their ANA Mileage Club membership number (10 digits) in advance as well as customers who did not receive their accrued miles after the flight due to system-related issues at the operating airline can retroactively register their miles at any time between 3 days and 6 months after the departure date.
See our step-by-step guide to entering your information.
After you have logged in, please attach your confirmation documents (see below) and register your retroactive mileage on the Retroactive Mileage Registration page.
It takes up to 1 month from submission to process completion. Send attachments as .pdf .jpg .jpeg .gif .png formats.
Please send the documents required (see below) to the following address. They must be received within 6 months from the departure date.

Basic mileage is multiplied by the accrual rate for the relevant fare type to calculate the amount of mileage that will be earned from an international flight. The accrual rates for each fare type differ according to the partner airline.
Mileage is based on the Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM) that is published by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) every autumn.
This published TPM is applicable to the subsequent 1-year period starting from January 1.
