Background to the Formulation of Fundamental Policy and Principles of Conduct

We established “Privacy Governance Fundamental Policy and Principles of Conduct” as the ANA Group's important statements and promises to our customers in accordance with “ANA's Way”, which represents the core values and the behaviors necessary for the ANA Group to achieve the goals set forth in our mission statement and management vision, with the intention that ANA Group employees all together sincerely respect our customers to maintain safety and security in the management and utilization of personal data entrusted to us.
