The Organizational Structure for Privacy Protection and Education/ Awareness-raising for Employees

Each and every employee will be aware of our philosophy and policies regarding privacy protection all the time and make every effort to pursue proper privacy governance.

We believe that the mechanisms and systems to enhance privacy protection need to be continuously strengthened. This page explains the organizational structure for privacy protection in the ANA Group and the privacy education and awareness-raising conducted by the ANA Group.

The Organizational Structure for Privacy Protection

ANA Group has established a dedicated “Privacy Governance Team” at ANA Holdings. We, together with other group companies, not only comply with domestic and international laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, but also promote activities to protect the privacy of our customers by placing importance on being considerate of our customers' feelings.
In addition, ANA and each group company have appointed a person responsible for promoting the protection of personal information, and the entire ANA Group, both in Japan and overseas, is working together to protect privacy.

Education and Awareness-raising for Employees

ANA Group believes that handling personal data is the same as dealing with the customers in person. To this end, we conduct education to ensure that each and every employee understands the importance of privacy protection and the proper handling of personal data. We are also actively engaged in awareness-raising activities through providing up-to-date information and FAQs on privacy and data protection by our internal website to foster a culture of constantly being conscious of our privacy protection principles and policies.
