Agent S1 , Passenger Services Department (Ref: KI)	Passenger Services	The successful candidate is responsible for provides services to ANA customers at HKIA; monitor ground handling agents performance to ensure services level meets ANA standards. And to perform administrative work assigned by superior. To internal, provide support to superiors on daily operation activities; engage and complete the project and presentation as well as when being assigned.	HKDSE / Form 7 / Diploma or Above 2-3 years’ equivalent job experience in airlines/travel industry is preferable Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Proficiency in Japanese speaking will be an advantage Proficiency in computer software (MS Office applications) Able to work independently as well as good team player with positive and flexible working attitude Strong sense of responsibility Good communication and interpersonal skills Endeavor to take on challenge Working at HK International Airport on shift duties and public holidays. In case of operational needs, overnight shift duty may be required. Outdoor working in airport apron and restricted areas are required.
