Customers who are switching to a higher level ANA VISA or MasterCard (excluding those switching from a standard ANA Card to an ANA Wide Cards) can complete the procedures online via their Vpass accounts.

It is not possible to switch to an ANA VISA Card, ANA MasterCard, or ANA TOKYU POINT ClubQ PASMO MasterCard. Customers can concurrently hold both an ANA VISA Suica Card and an ANA VISA Card, ANA MasterCard, or ANA TOKYU POINT ClubQ PASMO MasterCard.
Customers Who Are ANA TOKYU POINT ClubQ PASMO MasterCard Cardholders
It is not possible to switch to an ANA VISA Card, ANA MasterCard, or ANA VISA Suica Card. Please complete procedures for a new enrollment.
Customers can concurrently hold both an ANA TOKYU POINT ClubQ PASMO MasterCard and an ANA VISA Card, ANA MasterCard, or ANA VISA Suica Card.Customers Who Are ANA JCB Card Cardholders
