Web Accessibility Policy

ANA aims to ensure that everyone can use the ANA website comfortably and safely, just as everyone can use its flights with peace of mind and comfort.
The following measures are taken to ensure accessibility, including the technologies used and solutions when accessibility cannot be met:

This site uses Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) 1.1 for accessibility. Even if this technology is unavailable, we strive to ensure that information is conveyed without deficiencies using screen readers.
When playing videos on a page, we ensure that the content can be understood even if only video or audio is used as the means of communication. If deficiencies are anticipated, we provide additional text (displayed from the (i) icon near the video).
WCAG 2.1 and later require that corresponding label text be placed after the control in some forms, but we believe that the success criteria are met even if the label is placed before the control if sufficient accessibility considerations are taken, such as by using tables.
If accessibility issues are found in services and associated content, web pages, images, and videos provided by external parties, we will request improvements from the providers and aim for compliance in other areas.
