ANA Card family cards are linked to the credit card of the primary member. They can be issued to persons who are on registered to the primary member's family registry, including their spouse or same-sex partner, parents, and children (over the age of 18, excluding high school students).

When Enrolling at the Same Time as the Primary Member

Enroll simultaneously online. Select the relevant card on the List of ANA Cards page and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required information.

Up to 2 family card members can be added at the same time when enrolling online for an ANA JCB Card or ANA American Express® Card.
Only 1 family card member can be added at the same time when enrolling online for an ANA VISA Card or ANA MasterCard.
ANA Diners Premium Card Enrollment
Enter the required information in the Family Card field of the enrollment application form. Please request the enrollment application form by phone.
ANA Super Flyers Card Enrollment
Please request the enrollment application form.
ANA Super Flyers Card enrollment is subject to conditions.
When Adding Family Card Members after Primary Member Enrollment
Please apply online via the credit card company's dedicated website, or contact the relevant credit card company to request the designated family card member enrollment application form.
