However, customers accompanying Million Miler customers with 2 million Lifetime Miles will only be able to access a lounge if they are traveling on the same ANA Group-operated flight or codeshare flight*1 as the Million Miler customer.

Premium member or Super Flyers member may use Upgrade Points allowing up to 5 guests to enter the lounge. Guests must be registered in advance as award users to use this service when boarding domestic ANA Group operated flights and a code share flight*1 with an ANA flight number. Award users must be within 2 generations (family members of the relation in the second degree.)

For members who arrive to Narita Int'l Airport by car, we provide discount when parked at our partner company parking garage. Fully cared service is provided from the point you depart for your overseas trip up until you pick up your car after your return. Earn miles when using this service.
Valet parking is available for passengers who have purchased roundtrip flights from Narita Int'l Airport operated by ANA Group with an ANA flight number. This service does not apply for reservations on code-share flights operated by other airlines or ANA Group operated flights reserved under another airline's flight code.
Use of the parking garage and drop off and pick up services of your vehicle will be provided on the basis of a contract between the customer and Central Parking Narita.
Please be sure to make parking garage reservations prior to your arrival on the ANA website.

You will be escorted to the South Wing Departure lobby of Terminal 1 of Narita Int’l Airport by our complimentary shuttle service.

Before you pick up your vehicle, please relax at the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.
After going through Immigration and Customs, please go to the reception of the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (International arrivals Lounge* ) located in the Terminal 1 South Wing Arrival lobby.
Drinks, snacks, showers, wireless/cable LAN, etc. are available in the lounge (For Members and 1 guest).
ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE is available during lounge opening hours(2:00pm-5:30pm).
We will guide you from the Lounge directly to your car via special walkway.
During outside of ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE closed hour(6:30am-2:00pm / 5:30pm-arrival of the final ANA Group-operated flight of the day), dedicated staff will meet you at the entrance of the lounge and then escort you to the parking.

Please pay the service fee on the day you park your vehicle at Central Parking Narita.
When parked 11 days or more additional parking service fee will apply (Additional fee: 660 Japanese yen per extra day).
The above fee includes the parking fee and other service charges.
To reserve the ANA My Car Valet Service, press the Apply button for this service under Optional Services. This section will be displayed on the Reservation Details screen of the ANA website after ticket purchase.
Spaces are limited at partner parking garage, so please reserve in advance.

There may be cases when, due to the vehicle model (size), your car will not fit under the roof, or when we are unable to accept your vehicle for other reasons. For details please confirm with our service desk when making your reservation.
The sizes of the roofed garage as follows: Total width: 2,630mm, total length: 4,950mm and total height: under 2,330mm
If the parking period is extended due to a change in your itinerary, etc. after your departure, we may be obliged to move your vehicle to a different space (without a roof) for the extended period.
Please do not leave any items that may be considered as dangerous, or any valuable items in your vehicle.
Please ensure that your vehicle contains sufficient gas before parking your vehicle with us.
Any damage or theft, to your vehicle during the period you park is subject to compensation according to the liability insurance policy of our partner car parking company.

We will not be responsibility for any damage to a vehicle which has not been subject to a joint check at the time of parking.
Regardless of the model of your vehicle, we do not accept any responsibility for trouble related to the internal combustion engine or auxiliary components (transmission and gas pedal) during the period of your vehicle storage.
If a tire is punctured during the period of parking, we will carry out repairs to replace the tire without the Passenger's permission in order to restore the vehicle's mobility. Please be informed that all expenses relating to this repair/replacement will be Customer`s expense.
We do not accept any responsibility for any for loss or theft of personal/valuable items left behind in the vehicle.
Passenger vehicles may gain a few kilometers on your odometer from the time you have first parked your car upon delivery to the designated car drop off area at the Arrival floor of Terminal 1 of Narita Airport from our partner parking garage. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
When driven en route for Passenger, on rare occasions, a loose stone, etc., may cause damage to the front windshield or side windows of a Passenger's vehicle. We accept no responsibility for any such occurrence of Force Majeure.
Should a Passenger's vehicle be subject to a theft, the Passenger will be compensated within the range specified in the liability insurance policy of our partner Car Parking Garage. In the unlikely event that the amount is not sufficient, the Passenger shall be responsible for the deficit amount.
We will not responsibility for any damage caused to a Passenger vehicle due to riots or other acts of insurgency. Car Parking company is not responsible, or for any Acts of Providence (such as typhoons, floods, snowfall, hail, lightning strikes, etc.).
We will not be responsibility for Passenger vehicles after they have been returned to the customer at the end of the parking period.

Prioritized reservation (paid) for Parking Lot No. 3 (P3) at Haneda Airport will be given.
Reserved parking spaces can be found separately to general parking in a dedicated area close to the terminal. Further details can be found on the car park map.(You will move to Japanese site.)
Reservations may not be accepted for a limited period of time, and the number of reservations may be limited.

The priority reservation service is available only for Parking Lot 3, which is located near to Terminal 2 (Japan domestic flights). Please note that priority reservations are not available for Parking Lot 2.

This service is a partner service with the Airport Environment Improvement Foundation. You will need to register as a member with the Haneda Airport Domestic Route Parking Garage Nos. 2 and 3 Service in order to reserve parking.
Parking reservations using this service are direct contracts between the customer and the Airport Environment Improvement Foundation.
The reservation fee is 1,000 yen. Please pay with a credit card upon making your reservation.

You can use the Frequent Visitor (e-channel) facilities for immigration procedures at Hong Kong Int'l Airport. This is a very convenient service for people who travel frequently to Hong Kong for business or personal.

In possession of a valid passport and visa (Japanese nationals who are staying in Hong Kong for tourism or commercial travel for under 90 days do not require visas)

Please complete registration procedures at the Enrollment Office in the Arrival Hall in Hong Kong Int'l Airport.
Please show a valid passport and your ANA Mileage Club app digital card or Premium member status card.
After your fingerprints have been taken and biometric procedures is complete, a barcode is attached to your passport. Once the registration application is accepted, you will be able to use the e-channel facilities. You can continue to use e-channel while your passport is valid. Must have barcode attached to valid passport.
Using for the first time, it is necessary to apply for registration during arrival in Hong Kong. You can only apply for registration when entering Hong Kong from Japan. You cannot apply when leaving Hong Kong.
Please note that applying for first time application acceptance is within business hours. If not complete withing business hours the service will not be eligible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
