Information regarding the application period will be sent out along with selectable exclusive benefits applications from around mid-December onward to customers attaining Diamond Service Member status for the following fiscal year.
Original Name Tag will be shipped from late March to late April each year.
Please note that the exact timing will depend on the period when the status is attained.

As a token of our appreciation, we will be presenting Platinum Service Members who have earned 80,000 Premium Points or more on ANA Group-operated flights between January and the end of December with ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers.
NOTE: This does not apply to customers who have achieved Diamond Service Member status.
Vouchers can be used at the ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. The vouchers can only be used by Platinum members who have earned more than 80,000 Premium Points and accompanying guests.

How to Apply
Application is not required. These vouchers will be sent to the address registered on members' ANA Mileage Club accounts, in March.
When flying ANA Japan domestic routes, you can use the lounge when boarding ANA flights and when traveling on ANA code-share flights with an ANA Group flight number. When flying international routes, you can use the lounge when boarding ANA Group operated flights, Star Alliance Partner Airlines flights and ANA code-share flights operated by partner airlines that are not Star Alliance members.
Accompanying guests are required to enter the ANA SUITE LOUNGE at the same time as the Platinum members when boarding under the same conditions.
One voucher allows access for one person.
When you access the lounge, please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative.

Diamond Service Members and Platinum Service Members will receive a desktop calendar and Planner for ANA for the following year upon request. In addition, for those who hold Super Flyers Card as of July 31, 2024, will receive an exclusive Super Flyers Notebook (or Notebook refill only) and desktop calender to members (except for family members) upon request.
Diary, Calendar and Notebook Gifts will take time to prepare them for shipping out, and their delivery has been delayed for outside Japan.
They are expected to be delivered around late December 2024 to early January 2025.

How to apply for diaries, calendars and notebooks
Application for Super Flyers Members are available in Japanese only.
①Click Register/Change
From "Change of Address and Request for Mailed Items," click the "Register/Change" button.
②Confirm delivery address
As delivery will be made to the registered address, please be sure to confirm that your address is correct.
③Click "Wish to receive"
If you wish to receive the service, please confirm that the "Wish to receive" box is checked.
④Specify type of mail
Diamond Service Members and Platinum Service Members please select "receive" next to the Next year's Diary, Desktop Calendar or Diary and Desktop Calendar field.
Super Flyers Members please click to receive and select a desire choice of "Notebook(cover・refill)" or "Notebook(refill only)".
For the calendar, please select "receive" "Desktop Calender".
The default setting is "Do not receive.Wish not to receive"
⑤Click "Confirm"
⑥After checking the entered content, click "Register"
5. Please reconfirm entered item and click the "Register" button.
After you have completed the process, you will receive an email from ANA with the heading "Notification of ANA Mileage Club Member Information Confirmation/Update" to the email address registered for "Important Messages from ANA."
