Notes on Using ANA SKY COINS

• If ANA SKY COINS were used to purchase a Japan domestic flight ticket, international flight ticket, Japan domestic travel product, or international travel product and the purchase is then canceled by the customer, ANA SKY COINS which have expired at the time of the refund request will not be refunded.

• When canceling a Japan domestic flight ticket, international flight ticket, or Japan domestic travel product purchase, ANA SKY COINS will be refunded immediately. For refunds of international travel product purchases, approximately 10 days will be required for the refund to be processed.

• The ANA SKY COINS used for the purchase will be prioritized when deducting any applicable refund and cancellation charges.

• ANA SKY COINS can only be used on the ANA website. ANA SKY COINS payments are not accepted in-store (at travel agencies) or by telephone.

• Restrictions are in place for international flight ticket reservations/purchases that are made on the ANA website with ANA SKY COINS, and so you are kindly asked to see here before making a reservation.

• For each reservation, only the ANA SKY COINS of the member who has logged in can be used. (In other words, multiple ANA Mileage Club members cannot combine their respective ANA SKY COIN balances.)

• ANA SKY COIN payments are not accepted in-store (at travel agencies) or by telephone.

• For each reservation, only the ANA SKY COINS of the member who has logged in can be used. (In other words, multiple ANA Mileage Club members cannot combine their respective ANA SKY COIN balances.)

• ANA SKY COINS can be used for the ANA Mileage Club member themselves and relatives within 2 degrees of kinship.

• If ANA SKY COINS will be used for a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member, the AMC member must register that person as an award user. Please go to the top page and click on View or Update Your Profile to perform the necessary procedures.

• Please be sure to use your ANA SKY COINS before they expire. ANA SKY COINS will no longer be valid after they have exceeded their expiration date.

• Once an ANA SKY COIN redemption application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled.
