You'll receive various notification emails from ANA, including notifications on changes to terms and conditions, notifications regarding Japan domestic/international flight reservations, and flight status notification emails.

You'll receive a variety of email newsletters containing status-related notifications, information about flight tickets, such as your remaining mile balance and new fares, travel information, and special information such as how to use and save miles.

Survey Invitation Emails from ANA

Customers who use a flight or contact ANA to make an inquiry will receive a survey invitation email (or SMS message).

You'll receive important notifications such as emails for resetting your online password if you forget it, as well as notifications on changes to terms and conditions.

About the ANA E-mail Service

Eligible customers

E-mails will be sent to ANA Mileage Club members who have registered as follows.

  • Customers who have registered their e-mail address*1

  • Customers who have registered to receive e-mails from ANA

    Notices like booking updates will be sent to those who have not yet joined ANA Mileage Club but have registered their e-mail addresses with us.

Format

E-mails are sent in HTML format or text format.

    HTML format is the initial setting for first-time registration.

  • *

    E-mails may be in text format even when you select HTML.

Receiving and unsubscribing e-mails and changing settings

Settings will be changed about two weeks after completion of registration and other procedures.

Notes

  • E-mail format readability will vary according to device types, OS, and browsers.

  • Other types of e-mails may be sent occasionally, and we may also ask you to participate in surveys at the same time.

  • Please be aware that ANA Mileage Information will be sent only in English.

    Other languages are not available.

  • If your device is set to receive emails from specified domains only, please set it to receive emails from 121.ana.co.jp, anamail.ana.co.jp, and survey.ana.co.jp.
