What to Do When You Receive an Unfamiliar Email

ANA sends emails to customers who have registered their email address with the ANA Mileage Club.

If you receive an unfamiliar email (e.g., you receive an email from ANA despite not being an ANA Mileage Club member or despite having unsubscribed from our emails), it is probably because another customer registered your email address by mistake.

We will take the necessary steps to prevent any further emails being sent to you. So that we can do this, please follow the instructions below and change the email subject line to "Mistake" and reply to the email without deleting any of its content.

Please check your email settings on the Registration/Change of E-mail Address page.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter, please go to the page above and change your "Preference" of each categories to "unsubscribe".

Please note that even if you wish to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter, you will continue to receive Important Notices from ANA and Flight Status Notification Emails.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, please go to Did You Forget Your Password? and then reset your password.

After resetting your password, please follow the steps above to unsubscribe from the e-newsletter.

How to Reply to an Unfamiliar Email

Please reply to ANA's email using the account to which it was sent. When doing so, do not delete any of the original email (including the main body of the text and the header).

If you will send the email from a different email account, please clearly state in your reply which email address ANA's email was sent to.

1. Click the Reply button on the email.

2. As a reply email will be created, delete the email subject line.

3. Then, change the email's subject line to "Remove".

4. Click the Send button to send the email.

We kindly request that you delete the email you have received in error.

Please note that you may receive further emails if there is a delay in your changes being updated to our system for reasons relating to our emailing schedule.
