How to Edit the Name on an Account

Refer to the information below for Editing the Name on an Account by card type.

ANA Mileage Club Card (incl. digital card), ANA Mileage Club Edy Card

    The procedures must be completed by the ANA Mileage Club member.

Please check before proceeding

  • Name changes are accepted for last names only. For first name changes, please call us as documentation will be required.

  • For customers with an ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Mileage Club Edy Card (including ANA Mileage Club app users) If you enter your new last name into the passport information field, your customer information will be updated with the new last name and a new card will be issued.

  • Please choose whether you would like a new card issued or if you wish to use the digital card.

If Choosing a New Card

The card will be sent to your registered address (or new address if changed) in approximately 2 to 3 weeks (or approx. 3 to 4 weeks for those residing outside Japan).

The issuance of ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards has been discontinued.

Customers who have used an ANA Mileage Club Edy Card before will be delivered a card without Rakuten Edy functionality.

Your kind understanding would be greatly appreciated if this is the case.

    Please note that you will not be individually contacted when processing is complete.

If Choosing to Use the Digital Card

You will not receive a physical card. Please log in to the ANA Mileage Club app to use the digital card.

Please follow the voice guidance system and select "3" for mileage service inquiries.

Point of Contact for Each Partner Card Type

If you have an ANA Card (with credit functionality), ANA Prepaid Card, ANA Mileage Club Financial Pass VISA Debit Card, ANA Mileage Club Financial Pass Card, or another partner card, you will also need to complete certain procedures with the relevant card issuer. In this instance please contact the relevant credit card company.

Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card

Please complete the relevant procedures via the Rakuten e-NAVI members-only website or the Rakuten Card Customer Call Center.

JCB ORIGINAL SERIES JCB Card/Plus ANA Mileage Club

Please contact the point of contact for name changes at the card issuer. The point of contact will differ depending on the card issuer.

Mizuho Mileage Club Card / ANA
