Retroactive Mileage Registration

If you did not register your mileage before your flight, or were unable to do so due to system-related issues at the operating airline, you can register your mileage retroactively within the 6 months following the departure date.

 

Please select the relevant retroactive mileage registration page from the three below, and then follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

Registering Mileage Before Departure

Register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number when making your ticket reservation. If you will be flying with a partner airline, please also present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card during check-in.

 

Even if you have registered your ANA Mileage Club membership number before boarding your flight, please be sure to keep the requisite documents (for ANA Japan domestic flights, ANA international flights, or partner airlines) until the miles have been credited to your mileage balance.
