Combine Mileage Accounts

Customers who have multiple cards under the same name are able to combine them under a single mileage account.

    The primary member must complete the procedure.

    If you wish to combine the mileage individually earned by you and your family members, please refer to the ANA Card Family Miles.

    Some services and benefits may be unavailable on the day of the procedure.

Please check before proceeding

Please confirm the current status of your mileage accounts.

You can do this from List of Your ANA Number. If your mileage accounts have not been combined, you can combine them by contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

    Upon combining your mileage accounts, the web password for your new single account will be the same as that for your main card.  
    You will not be able to log in to your new single account if you have not set a web password for your main card or if you have forgotten it. We therefore request that you confirm the status of the web password for your main card in advance. 
    How to Register a Web Password

Use your AMC membership number to log in to the ANA Website or ANA App/ANA Mileage Club App, or to make reservations or redeem awards.

Customers who Have Changed to a Different Card Type or Enrolled for a New Card

If you can declare your old ANA Mileage Club membership number, the mileage balance will be transferred to the new account. Please confirm your latest mileage balance on the Performance Report screen after logging in with the membership number on your new card.

Customers with an ANA Pay Account

Customers with an ANA Pay account should check the relevant section of the ANA Pay FAQ before combining mileage accounts.

Change Passwords

To change your AMC password (4 digits) or web password, log in to the ANA website and then go to the members-only page to complete the relevant procedure.

You will need your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and current password to do so.

    You can also change your 4-digit AMC password through our automated telephone service. (Please note this is only available for the 4-digit AMC password.)
