Frequently Asked Questions about Various Procedures

Customers who wish to continue using mileage services after canceling their respective cards should contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and inform the communicator. A standard ANA Mileage Club Card will be issued and any existing mileage balance will be transferred to it.

For ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards, Rakuten Edy e-money balances cannot be converted back into cash.

Please use up the entire Rakuten Edy balance on the card.

If you cancel your ANA Mileage Club membership, you will also become unable to use ANA Pay.

Before canceling their ANA Mileage Club membership, ANA Pay users should first use up their remaining balance and then cancel their ANA Pay membership.
