How to Accrue Miles

STEP1

Reservation

Make a reservation at one of the hotels on the List of Partner Hotels page.

STEP2

Check-in

Present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the front desk when checking in.

STEP3

Check-out

Receive a payment receipt that is issued in your name when checking out.

STEP4

1-2 Months Later

Miles are accrued.

Reservations

Make a reservation at one of the hotels on the List of Partner Hotels page.

  • Depending on the hotel chain, stays at some hotels may not be eligible for mileage accrual.

  • Depending on the hotel chain, you may need to register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number in advance before making the reservation.

  • Please confirm the latest information regarding mileage accrual eligibility and the amount of accruable miles with the point of contact for the relevant partner hotel. 

  • As for ANA Traveler’s hotel, please check the latest information. (Text is available in Japanese only.)

Check-in

Please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the front desk when checking in.

When presenting your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the front desk, please inform the hotel staff that you would like to accrue miles for ANA Mileage Club.

  • Simply providing your ANA Mileage Club membership number when making the reservation will not result in mileage accrual.

  • Please note that mileage is not automatically approved even when an ANA Card is used as the payment method. Depending on the hotel chain, customers may be required to enroll in a point program in advance and then specifically select to transfer those points to ANA Mileage Club.

  • For details regarding check-in procedures, etc., please inquire with the point of contact for the relevant hotel chain.

Check-out

When checking out, please remember to get a payment receipt from the hotel that has been issued in your name.

  • After the stay, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

  • Please retain the payment receipt until you have confirmed that the mileage has been credited to your account.

  • 1 stay = 1 check-in/1 check-out
