You will be transferred to Step 2 after a few seconds.

Please confirm the various cautions related to hazardous materials and dangerous goods.

Select your preferred method to search for your reservation.

Enter the reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters) that is found on your itinerary receipt.
Proceed to Step 9.

Enter the 13-digit e-Ticket number that is found on your itinerary receipt.
Proceed to Step 9.

Insert the mileage card that is registered to your reservation information into the card reader slot.
Proceed to Step 9.

Place the passport that is registered to your reservation information onto the passport reader.
Proceed to Step 10.

Place the 2D barcode (QR code) that is printed on the upper right corner of your itinerary receipt onto the barcode reader.
Proceed to Step 9.

Place your passport onto the passport reader to register the relevant information.

Confirm that the displayed passport information is correct.

Check the reservation details displayed and tap the Confirm button.
After the boarding pass has been issued, proceed to Step 28.

After selecting your desired seat, tap the Confirm button.
Proceed to Step 11 again to view the latest details for your reservation.

Select the relevant airline or insert the relevant membership card into the card reader slot.
If you have selected the airline, proceed to Step 14.

Enter the membership number that you wish to register.
After you have registered your number, proceed to Step 11 again to view the updated details for your reservation.

Please select your country/region of residence.
If you selected a country/region other than the United States, proceed to Step 16.
If you selected the United States, proceed to Step 23. (For non-U.S. citizens)

Please select the United States.

Enter the zip code of your address while in the United States.

If you are connecting to a flight to another country/region, please enter the number "99999."

Enter the state that you will stay in while in the United States.
If you are connecting to a flight to another country/region, enter the name of the destination country/region as the state name.

Enter the city that you will stay in while in the United States.
If you are connecting to a flight to another country/region, enter the name of the destination city as the city name.

Enter your address while in the United States (street name, hotel name, etc.).
If you are connecting to a flight to another country/region, enter the word "TRANSIT."

After confirming the information you have entered, tap Continue.
After the boarding pass has been issued, proceed to Step 28.

Place the barcode of the visa that you are using to enter the United States onto the reader.
After the boarding pass has been issued, Step 28 will be displayed.

Select permanent resident card (Green Card) or resident card, then enter the relevant information.

If you do not have baggage to check in, select No Baggage.
Proceed to Step 28.
If you have baggage to check in, select Have Check-in Baggage.
Proceed to Step 25.

Select the number of pieces of baggage that you are checking in.
Proceed to Step 26.

Take the baggage tags.
Step 27 will be displayed.

Confirm the details, then tap Next.
Proceed to Step 28.

Please collect the issued boarding pass.

This confirms the completion of check-in procedures.
