Ferry Transfer Service Information

Ferry Transfer Service makes it possible to have connection with the cities in Pearl River Delta without passing through Immigration and Customs in Hong Kong. Currently, 10 routes are in service to/from Shenzhen (Shekou), Shenzhen (Fuyong), Macau (Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal), Macau Taipa, Zhongshan, Dongguan (Humen), Guangzhou (Lianhuashan), Guangzhou (Pazhou), Zhuhai, Nansha.

From Air to Ferry

STEP 1 Ferry check-in procedure
Please proceed to "Ferries to Mainland/Macau ticketing counter (ferry transfer counter)" in transfer area E2 before Immigration (no immigration check required) on the Arrival floor. Look for the signage.

At this counter, please show your passport and your checked baggage tag, and purchase the ferry ticket and check-in.

If you have a ferry ticket you purchased in advance, proceed to check in showing your passport and your checked baggage tag.

Baggage
- Your baggage will be checked with ANA from the departing airport to Hong Kong International Airport. By showing your baggage tag at the ferry transfer counter at Hong Kong International Airport, you can have your baggage transported to the ferry destination by the ferry company. (You do no need to pick up your baggage in Hong Kong.)
- Passengers with checked baggage are required to arrive at the Ferry Transfer Counter 60 minutes before ferry departure for document check/purchase of tickets. Passengers with hand baggage only are required to arrive at the Ferry Transfer Counter 30 minutes before ferry departure for document check/purchase of tickets.

Notes

The entrance for shuttle train (APM) is located before immigration area. If you proceed through Immigration, you will not be able to use this transfer service.
Please note that ANA is not responsible for any change on ferry operation or its schedule.

From Ferry to Air

Check-in for ANA Group-operated flight departing from Hong Kong International Airport can also be conducted at the time of ferry embarkation procedures.

Procedure

Please complete check-in and baggage check-in until 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.

Depending on the ferry terminal, check-in for ANA Group-operated flight is required at the SkyPier (ferry terminal) of the Hong Kong International Airport.

Ferry terminal	Procedure
Shenzhen (Shekou), Shenzhen (Fuyong), Zhongshan, Dongguan (Humen), Macau (Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal), Macau Taipa, Guangzhou (Lianhuashan), Guangzhou (Pazhou)	You can check in for ANA flights departing from Hong Kong International Airport along with your ferry check-in procedure. Your baggage also is transported directly to Final destination. *Not applicable for connecting flights within Japan.
Zhuhai, Nansha	You can take ferry to Hong Kong International Airport for check-in at SkyPier counter. *Not applicable for connecting flights within Japan.

Sea to Air Condition of acceptance

Same day connecting itinerary from ferry to ANA flight. However, passengers who are connecting to ANA flight 812 on the last ferry flight on the day before departure can use this service.
Having air-ticket with confirmed reservation.
Transfer time from ferry to ANA flight at Hong Kong International Airport must meet the conditions.
110 minutes is required by the scheduled departure time from arriving at SkyPier (Hong Kong International Airport Ferry Terminal). However, if you check in for your ANA flight at Shenzhen (Shekou), Shenzhen (Fuyong), Zhongshan, Dongguan (Humen), Macau (Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal), Macau Taipa, Guangzhou (Lianhuashan) or Guangzhou (Pazhou) this time can be shortened to 80 minutes.

  Passengers connecting from Shenzhen (Shekou), Shenzhen (Fuyong), Zhongshan, Dongguan (Humen), Macau (Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal), Macau Taipa, Guangzhou (Lianhuashan), Guangzhou (Pazhou) are not required to check-in at SkyPier (ferry terminal) in Hong Kong International Airport.

Notes

There is no ANA ticketing counter at the Shekou ferry terminal check-in counter or at SkyPier (ferry terminal). If you need to change your flight or make a fare adjustment, please contact ANA by one day before the day of departure.
If you are checking oversized baggage or require assistance when checking in, please direct any inquiries to your nearest ANA Branch Office.
Conditions of carriage of Ferry Company is applied about transport section from Shenzhen (Shekou/FuYong), Macau, Taipa, Dongguan Humen, Zhongshan and Guangzhou Lianhuashan and Guangzhou Pazhou ferry terminal to Hong Kong International Airport.
Free carry-on baggage allowance on a ferry is one piece per adult passenger. An excess baggage charge will be applied to baggage exceeding the limit set forth by the ferry company.
ANA is not responsible for mis-connection due to ferry operation delay.
