In-flight video and audio programs are changed on a monthly basis.

    As the aircraft code varies by the boarding date, it is shown as flights boarding until May 18, 2026 or flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026.

  • *

    For flights departing on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

In-flight Wi-Fi Internet Access

With our in-flight internet access, you can get online, use your email, and remain connected to your social media using your smartphone, tablet, or other device with Wi-Fi connectivity during your flight. The service is available from approximately 5 minutes after takeoff to approximately 5 minutes before landing.

[ How to Use ]

1. Connect to ANA Wi-Fi Service and launch the ANA app.

Turn on Airplane Mode.

Turn on your Wi-Fi.

Select the [ANA-WiFi-Service] wireless network SSID.

2. Tap on "WiFi DOM"

3. Tap on "Connect"

4. Select the content you wish to enjoy.

* The portal design and service content will differ for the Dash 8-400 aircraft.

    When using a web browser, enter "http://www.ana-inflight-wifi.com" in the url bar.

  • *

    If you are using "My Booking" in ANA app, WiFi connection is also available by tapping "Connect to In-Flight WiFi" button.

    In the nature of satellite service, your connection may become disconnected or unstable due to weather conditions or conditions on the flight route in the particular area.

  • *

    Limits apply to the viewing of online videos and the downloading or uploading of large amounts of data.

  • *

    Please download ANA app before flight. It cannot be downloaded during flight.

  • *

    In-flight Wi-Fi access is not available on Dash 8-400.

When using a laptop

Turn "Wi-Fi" on, select the "ANA-WiFi-Service" wireless network SSID, and connect. When the browser is opened the ANA Wi-Fi Service portal site will be automatically displayed.

    If it does not appear, enter "http://www.ana-inflight-wifi.com" in the url bar.

Conditions and Precautions for Use

  • This service uses wireless LAN technology. Please be aware that there are possibilities of communication interception and unauthorized access in a similar way to the use of other wireless hotspots where public access is available. We highly recommend the security measures such as firewall and/or security software at your own responsibility while using this service.

  • As the service is provided by satellite, communication may become unstable or the connection may be cut off in certain areas depending on the flight route and weather conditions.

  • Limits apply to the viewing of online videos and the downloading or uploading of large amounts of data.

  • You may encounter difficulty connecting to the internet when there are many passengers accessing the service.

  • E-mail service provided by mobile Phone carrier such as sp mode by NTT docomo, S! mail by Softbank, ezweb by au and so on are not available on ANA Wi-Fi service.

  • In order to not disturb other passengers, we kindly ask you to refrain from using voice & video call function such as Skype.

  • The ANA Wi-Fi Service may be suspended at any time during the flight for security or other reasons.

  • ANA shall not be held responsible for any loss of data or damage to passenger devices.
