Orders must be placed by 23:59 three days prior to departure (JST).
Eligible Flight Selection table details the flights for which you can place an order.
Press Select to place a new order.
Please read through the section titled When Placing an Order and then press Next.
Select your preferred product categories.
The items available for pre-order will be displayed.
You can view detailed information about your preferred product by pressing Details.
Choose the quantity for your preferred product and then press Select.
The products you have selected will be shown above the product categories. After selecting all of the products you would like to order, press View Selected Products.
Check the details of the products you have chosen to pre-order. If you are happy with these details, enter your email address in to the Email Address for Order Confirmation Email field and press Confirm.
Confirm the details of the flight for which you have placed your order, the products included in your order, and your email address. If you are happy with those details, press Place Order.
Your pre-order will have been successfully placed when you reach this screen.
You will then receive an email with details about your order.
If you would like to change your order, go to the Order Details table and select Change.
If you would like to change the quantity of a product, select your preferred quantity and then press Recalculate.
If you would like to change to another product, press Delete and then select Go to Product Selection. You will then return to the Product Selection screen.
Confirm the details of the flight for which you have placed your order, the products included in your order, and your email address. If you are happy with those details, press Place Order.
Your pre-order will have been successfully placed when you reach this screen.
You will then receive an email with details about your order.

If you would like to confirm the products you have ordered, go to the Order Details table and press View.
You can confirm the number of items successfully secured for the products you have ordered.
If your would like to cancel all of the products you have pre-ordered for your flight, go to the Order Details table and press Delete.
Confirm the details shown on the screen and then press Cancel.
Your pre-order will have been successfully canceled when you reach this screen.
