ANA Lounge Wi-Fi Internet Access Service

Information

As of December 16, 2021, the SSID of the ANA Lounge Wi-Fi Internet Access Service has changed to "ANA_Lounge_WiFi_Service" and lounge visitors are no longer required to enter their email to use this service.

With the ANA Lounge Wi-Fi Internet Access Service, you can use your smartphone, tablet or another device with wireless LAN capability to access the internet, your emails and social network sites in any of our lounges across Japan.

How to Use

1.Select SSID : ANA_Lounge_WiFi_Service 2.Just agree to the terms of use and tap the "Use the Internet" button.

You can also use the free wi-fi application provided by NTT Broadband Platform, Inc., "Japan Connected Free Wi-Fi".

Lounge visitors must use their own smartphone, tablet or another device with wireless LAN capability to access the ANA Lounge Wi-Fi Internet Access Service. There are no devices available for borrowing in our lounges.
It may be difficult to access the service during busy periods.
