ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE is currently closed.
As of March 30, 2024, the ANA LOUNGE, which has been temporarily operating near Gate 114 in the satellite area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3, will be closed.

In the lounge at Terminal 2, quench your thirst with a drink from one of our bartenders at the BAR Counter.

The lounge comes fully equipped with shower rooms and amenities, and also has facilities to support those traveling for business.

Lounge Operating Hours
Terminal 2 (International): 5:00 AM - Until departure of the final ANA Group operated international flight at Terminal 2 of the day.
Terminal 3: 5:00 AM - Until departure of the final ANA Group operated flight at Terminal 3 of the day.
Lounge access is available from the day before departure for flights departing by 5:00 in the morning.
Customers under the age of 2 on ANA Group operated flight are welcome for free.
The guest is kindly requested to enter the designated lounge with the eligible customer.
Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 and drink-driving are prohibited by law.
All customers are required to present their boarding pass and mileage card at the reception.Please kindly have your boarding pass and mileage card ready in your hand.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hairdryer are available in each room.

All customers are required to present boarding pass or status card at the reception.
