Connecting Partners

The Connecting Partner Model is designed to allow airlines (mainly LCCs and hybrid airlines) to connect to the Star Alliance network without having to become a full member. Connecting Partners are carefully selected and need to adhere to the high operating standards required by the Alliance.

Passengers flying on flights operated by Connecting Partners will now be able to connect to the Star Alliance Network, and will therefore have an even wider range of destinations and flights to choose from.
