These flights are operated with Japan Air Commuter aircraft and crew. Please confirm the following details when traveling with Japan Air Commuter, as airport procedures and services/rules will differ to those for ANA-operated flights.
<Check-In>
Please perform the necessary procedures at a Japan Air Commuter airport counter for Japan domestic flights. Online check-in, self-service check-in machines and self-service baggage drop machines are not available.
It is not possible to check in at an ANA airport counter for Japan domestic flights.
<Check-In - Security Checkpoint - Boarding Gate>
Check-in: Please complete check-in no later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
Security checkpoint: Please pass through the security checkpoint no later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
Boarding gate: Please come to the boarding gate no later than 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
Please be sure to reserve your seat by 05:00 in the morning on the departure date.
If you have not reserved a seat, please come to a Japan Air Commuter airport counter for Japan domestic flights on the departure date.
Your boarding pass will show the ANA flight number. The information displays inside the airport will show both the ANA and JAL flight numbers.
Through check-in (connection procedures) is not available for connections from/to Japan Air Commuter-operated flights. Please complete check-in at the airport for your connection flight.
If you board your flight under an ANA flight number, only baggage check-in will be available.
The carry-on baggage and free check-in baggage allowances per passenger (excluding infants under 3 years old not using their own seat) are as follows:
(Carry-On Baggage)
Number of items: Up to 2 pieces including personal belongings
Weight: 10 kg or less
Size: Total linear dimension must be within 100 cm. (Within 45 cm (width) x 35 cm (height) x 20 cm (depth))
Carry-on violin cases are not available for borrowing.
However, only items that can be safely stowed in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you will be permitted as carry-on baggage.
(Baggage that can be checked in free of charge)
Weight: 20 kg or less
Size: Within 50 cm (length) x 60 cm (width) x 120 cm (height)
Due to limited loading space in the cargo compartment, contrabasses cannot be accepted.
If a single passenger's baggage has a total weight exceeding 100 kg (or 45 kg for aircraft with fewer than 50 seats), it cannot be checked in.
(Pets and Other Animals)
Bulldogs and French Bulldogs cannot be transported any time of the year.
(Bulky baggage)
Pieces of sports equipment exceeding the three dimensions of 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm can be checked in as long as they can be loaded into the aircraft's cargo compartment.
As Japan Air Commuter flights are operated with small aircraft, space inside the cabin and cargo compartment is limited. For this reason, there may be times when skis, surfboards, golf bags, diving equipment and other large pieces of baggage cannot be checked in. Please note that, in this instance, you will be asked to make arrangements to send your baggage via a parcel delivery service or similar.
(Kaisoku Takku-bin (Home Delivery))

If the requested flight is fully booked, you will be prioritized on the waitlist.

② Access to Japan Airlines' Priority Check-In Counters and Dedicated Security Checkpoints * Only at airports where these services are available

④ Lounge Access
You can use ANA lounges and shared lounges with which ANA has a contract. Please present your Premium Member status card and boarding pass to a member of staff at the lounge reception. For details, please refer to the ANA Lounge Service page.
Information on Japan Air Commuter-operated flights is neither displayed nor announced within the lounges. We ask for your kind understanding in this matter, and request that you confirm information about your flight by yourself.
⑤ Priority Boarding
Premium Members will receive priority when boarding aircraft regardless of their boarding class.
You can receive priority boarding in group 1.
You can receive priority boarding in group 2.
⑥ Priority Baggage Claim
A priority tag will be attached to your baggage for priority baggage claim after arrival.
A priority tag printed with the words “FIRST CLASS” will be attached to your baggage.
A priority tag printed with the word “PRIORITY” will be attached to your baggage.
Only Japan Air Commuter cabin attendants will be on board.
In-flight services are provided in accordance with Japan Air Commuter's service standards (Japanese Only)
All seats are non-smoking.
You will only be eligible for mileage/Premium Point accrual, if you travel under an ANA flight number. Members of partner airline mileage programs will be eligible for ANA mileage accrual if they travel under an ANA flight number.
The following customers should contact the ANA Disability Desk or Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center after making their reservation (It may not be possible to board Japan Air Commuter-operated flight.)
Customers who are seriously ill/injured, have difficulty walking alone, use an electric wheelchair, are visually impaired (if they are completely blind and traveling alone), or will bring a medical oxygen cylinder to use on board the aircraft

Child seats are not available for borrowing from the airline.
Furthermore, customers cannot bring their own child seats on board.
The available fares differ by route.
It is not possible for a single passenger to use 2 or more seats (special passenger fee).
Standby (waitlisting) at the airport on the departure date is not available.
