Available when a person eligible for discounted fares for disabled people travels in premium class.

Conditions

Available to passengers who fall under any of categories 1–3 below.

Passengers who are aged 12 or over at the time of departure in possession of one of the booklets/certificates designated by Japanese regulations below (if the flight departs before March 30, 2024 or the ticket is issued before January 31, 2024)
Passengers who are aged 3 or over at the time of departure in possession of one of the booklets/certificates designated by Japanese regulations below (if the flight departs on or after March 31, 2024 and the ticket is issued on or after February 1, 2024)
Up to one caregiver aged 12 or over traveling on the same flight as the passenger corresponding to 1 or 2

If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is a child (3-11 years old), the caregiver will be eligible for the Disability Discount even if the child is traveling using a different fare.

If the passenger with the booklet/certificate is an infant (0-2 years old) who is not using a seat, the caregiver will not be eligible for the Disability Discount.

This fare is not available with A mentally disturbed person preservation of health welfare pocket diary that is not valid on the departure date.

Please present the relevant certificate or ANA Mileage Club Card (pre-registered as person with disabilities) at the time of purchase or check-in, otherwise the discount will not be applied. Reservation and Purchasing Period

From 09:30 (JST) 355 days prior to the departure date up to the departure date itself.

When reserving multiple flights which have different payment deadlines, the earliest payment deadline will be applied to the entire reservation.

Validity Period

Tickets are valid for 1 year (up and including the same date as that of ticket issue one year later) from their date of issue (date of purchase*). Reserved tickets are valid only for the concerned flight, so if they are not changed or cancelled prior to the departure of the concerned flight, they may not be used for any other flights.

For tickets purchased at convenient stores, the date of purchase is the date on which payment is actually received.

Changes

Reservation changes for the same sector are permitted before the departure date. Please note that the passenger needs to change flights together with the conpanion. The name of the passenger, the segment, and the airline to be used cannot be changed.

Refer to this information regarding destination airport changes for routes departing from and arriving at Tokyo, Osaka, the Northern Kyushu region (Fukuoka/Kitakyushu/Saga), and Hiroshima/Iwakuni.

Fare adjustment is required when the fare of the purchased ticket and that of the actual flight differs.

Refunds

Refunds can be applied for up until 30 days after the flight ticket's expiration.

Charge (Refund charge and Cancellation charge) will be applied.

Mileage

150％

Changing to Economy Class

Tickets may be changed to Economy Class without prior notice due to operational reasons (including aircraft changes, flight delays/cancellations).

For tickets that have already been purchased, the amount refunded will be the difference between the purchased fare and the Disability Discount for the relevant flight, and will be based on the ticket's fare basis date.

Please note that when using Economy Class, the mileage accrual rate will be 100% and Boarding Points will be 400 points.

Notes

Passengers who have registered their status as persons with disabilities into their ANA Mileage Club Cards must re-register if their customer number changes.
ANA Mileage Club Members who have completed the "Registration of Identification Booklet for Persons with Disabilities" are able to Online Check-in if they do not require assistance. If you are already registered, you may still be asked to show your identification, so please always carry it with you.
If you wish to use online check-in together with a caregiver, you must log in and make the reservation from your own ANA Mileage Club account to which you have registered the information from your Identification Booklet for Persons with Disabilities.
Online check-in will not be available if the caregiver logs in and makes the reservation from their own account, or if you register your membership number after the reservation has been made.
