About Mileage Accrual

Customers who use an ANA Card to pay for the fare of a taxi operated by Tokyo MK Taxi will earn an extra mile for every JPY 100 (including tax) paid.

Points to Note

Reservations will be handled based on the assumption that you have agreed to all the points outlined below.
For customers using Haneda or Narita Airport, online reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of use.
Cancellation charges will not apply if the cancellation is made at least one day prior to the date of use.
As cancellation charges differ by region, please check the MK website for details.
You will not need to pay any waiting charges if your flight is delayed, or any cancellation charges if you are unable to use the service due to your flight being canceled.
If you have reserved a fixed rate airport taxi and your flight has changed, please contact MK Taxi directly.
In the unlikely event that you miss your flight due to a traffic jam, etc., there is no guarantee that the airline will allow you to change your flight reservation.
Toll road charges (including those for expressways), parking fees (when the vehicle picks you up at the airport), increased rates (by 20%) for late night/early morning use (22:00–05:00), etc. may be payable in addition to the fixed rate.
Separate fees may be charged for specifying the time or vehicle type.

If you make a reservation and then cancel it, you will not accrue any miles. Furthermore, change/cancellation charges are not eligible for mileage accrual.
You will not accrue any miles if you enter your ANA Mileage Club membership number and/or name incorrectly.

Customers who use an ANA Card to pay for the fare of a private hire vehicle operated by Eastern Airport Motors will earn an extra mile for every JPY 200 (including tax) paid.

As information on flight changes will not be automatically handed over to Eastern Airport Motors, please inform the company directly yourself.
In the unlikely event that you miss your flight due to a traffic jam, etc., there is no guarantee that the airline will allow you to change your flight reservation.
If you are late for your airport transfer for reasons other than a flight delay, a waiting charge of JPY 2,200 (including tax) will be added to the fare for every 30 minutes you are late.
If there are several destinations, JPY 3,050 (including tax) for every 30 minutes or 7.5 km will be added to the fare.
If you make a reservation and then cancel it, you will not accrue any miles. Furthermore, change/cancellation charges are not eligible for mileage accrual.
