Reservations will be handled based on the assumption that you have agreed to all the points outlined below.
Reservations must be made by four days prior to the date of use.
You will not need to pay any waiting charges if your flight is delayed, or any cancellation charges if you are unable to use the service due to your flight being canceled.
Cancellation charges of 100% apply for cancellations without notice.
As information on flight changes will not be automatically handed over to Eastern Airport Motors, please inform the company directly yourself.
In the unlikely event that you miss your flight due to a traffic jam, etc., there is no guarantee that the airline will allow you to change your flight reservation.
If you are late for your airport transfer for reasons other than a flight delay, a waiting charge of JPY 2,200 (including tax) will be added to the fare for every 30 minutes you are late.
If there are several destinations, JPY 3,050 (including tax) for every 30 minutes or 7.5 km will be added to the fare.
