Please see below for notices from the airports across Japan at which ANA operates services.

Information

Baggage check-in procedures have changed at domestic airports in Japan.

  This does not apply to Haneda, Narita, Chitose, Fukuoka, Itami, Kansai, Okinawa, Rishiri, Fukue, Tsushima and Tokushima airports.
As the various handling procedures will be different for flights operated by Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines, you are kindly requested to see the information on the Japan Air Commuter or Amakusa Airlines page before you travel on such flights.

Haneda Airport

Time required for procedures during busy periods

Baggage check-in	All day	40 minutes (Staffed counters) Customers using the ANA Baggage Drop* service will have a maximum wait of around 10 minutes to check in their baggage.
Security	All day	30-40 minutes

There are four security checkpoints (A, B, C, and D). During congested periods, please use any checkpoint that is free.

Gates 46, 47, and 48 are for departures from the satellite terminal.

Passengers can take a shuttle bus to the satellite terminal from the bus departure area in Terminal 2 after they have passed through security.

Renovation of Security Checkpoints

Smart lanes have been introduced at security checkpoints A, B and C.

Note

As of March 15, 2022, the baggage check-in counter at counter 4 has changed to counter 3.

New Chitose Airport

Time required for procedures during busy periods

Wheelchair users are kindly asked to complete the form for procedures placed near the Special Assistance Counter No.1 entrance.

Narita Airport

Note

The locations of ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN, self-service check-in machines, the group check-in counter and Special Assistance Counter will change as of December 8, 2019.

Itami Airport

Note

The departure lobby counters have been renovated and reopened as of July 17, 2020. Please see the airport map for further details.
The counter for customers requiring assistance has been revamped as Special Assistance Counter as of May 26, 2020.
As of September 2019, the renovated ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN facilities have been relocated to the 2nd floor.

Kansai Airport

Note

Renovation Work on Terminal Building

The check-in counters, security checkpoints, boarding gates, and arrival lobby for Japan domestic flights will move to different locations on October 26, 2022.
Please come to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
Due to the renovation work at the terminal, some areas of the terminal are inaccessible and walkways have become narrower in a number of locations.

Please note that some boarding gate locations have also changed.

Fukuoka Airport

Route to Airport from Fukuoka-kuko (Airport) Station (Fukuoka City Subway)

After arriving at Fukuoka-kuko (Airport) Station, customers coming to an ANA counter should proceed to the 1st floor, whereas those using the Online Check-in and PREMIUM CHECK-IN should proceed to the 2nd floor.

Airport parking facilities will be heavily congested. Customers are advised to use public transport.

Customers with baggage to check in: There are some items that cannot be handled as checked baggage. Please confirm these before coming to the airport. (Such items include portable battery chargers, electronic cigarettes, and lighters.)

Procedures for StarFlyer, IBEX Airlines, and Oriental Air Bridge can also be completed at the ANA counter on the first floor.

Naha Airport

A baggage packing area has been set up in front of the counter. This area can be used by customers with unsealed items of baggage, baby strollers, and so on.
