Connections at Haneda Airport

If you are connecting to an ANA Japan domestic flight excluding StarFlyer please proceed to the 2nd floor departure lobby using the connecting facilities in the arrival concourse.
If you are arriving by a connecting bus, please proceed to the 2nd floor departure lobby using the connecting facilities near the 1st floor shuttle bus arrival area.

ANA, AIR DO, Solaseed Air

Please come to the boarding gate at least 10 minutes prior to the departure of your connecting flight.

Electric carts are available for customers who are worried about walking the long distance to their boarding gate. To request a cart, please speak with a member of our connecting facilities staff.

Please take the "free shuttle bus" to Terminal 1 from Bus Stop No. 9 on the 1st floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 2.
