From September 28, a satellite terminal will begin operating at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
Travelers coming from a country where there is a risk of contracting yellow fever are required to have an immunization certificate. Travelers who stay more than 12 hours at an airport in a country at risk of yellow fever due to a connecting flight are also required to have a vaccination certificate.

In accordance with the instructions from the airport authorities, Business Class passengers currently cannot use FAST TRACK Arrivals 2.
They should instead use one of the priority lanes within the inspection areas Arrivals 1 and 3.

Transit

Connecting to international flights of other airlines from ANA

Passengers who have already checked in for the connecting flight
Please pass through the transfer security checkpoint and proceed to the boarding gate for the connecting flight.
Passengers who have not yet checked in for the connecting flight
Please proceed to the boarding gate of your connecting flight after completing check-in procedures at the dedicated boarding counter of the airline you are transferring to.

It is not possible to use the transit counter when traveling with certain airlines. If your connecting flight is with one of these airlines, please complete the immigration procedures for Bangkok, pick up your checked baggage, and pass through customs. You will need to go to a check-in counter for international flights on the 4th floor to check in again, so please confirm this with the airline of your connecting flight in advance.

Connecting to Thai domestic flights from ANA

Connecting to Krabi (KBV), Chiang Mai (CNX), Chiang Rai (CEI), Hat Yai (HDY), or Phuket (HKT) on flights operated by Thai Airways International (TG)
Connecting to Krabi (KBV), Samui (USM), Chiang Mai (CNX), Trat (TDX), Hat Yai (HDY), or Phuket (HKT) on flights operated by Bangkok Airways (PG)

After check-in at Thai Airways International (TG) or Bangkok Airways (PG) transit counter, complete the immigration at transit inspection area for domestic flights and proceed to the boarding gate of connecting flights.

Connecting to other domestic flights other than the above

Please pass through immigration, pick up your checked baggage, and pass through customs. Then, proceed to the relevant check-in counter for domestic flights on the 4th floor.

Connecting from international flights of other airlines to ANA

Passengers who have already checked in from the connecting flight
Please pass through the transfer security checkpoint and proceed to the boarding gate for ANA flight.
Passengers who have not yet checked in from the connecting flight
Please complete check-in procedures at the International Transit Counter and proceed to the boarding gate.
The ANA International Transit Counter opens at the same time as the check-in counter for departing flights.
However, there is a possibility that the ANA transit counter may not be operated during this time. Please proceed to the ANA departure gate for check-in procedure.

Passengers who are eligible to use the lounge may enter the lounge without a lounge invitation. Please enter the ANA partner lounges of your choice.

Connecting from Thai domestic flights to ANA

Services all 8 stations between Suvarnabhumi Station that is on lower ground floor 1 of the airport terminal building → Phaya Thai Station.
Only local trains called City Line trains, and all go to Phaya Thai Station.

Platform: There is a ticket booth in the first basement floor of the airport terminal building. The platform is underground level 2.
Traveling time: Approx. 30 minutes to Phaya Thai
Fares: 15 to 45 Baht depending on the destination. Fare to last stop Phaya Thai is 45 Baht.
Timetable: 2 to 5 services every hour from 5:30 to 24:00

Metered taxi

Taxi

Platform: Using the automatic taxi allocation machine (touch-screen) located at Gate No. 4 and No. 7 on Airport Terminal Building 1F will print a piece of paper with a number on it. At the taxi waiting area, there are electronic notice boards hanging from the ceiling. Head towards the electronic notice board with your number and your taxi will be waiting for you. Walk to the taxi.
Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Fares: Approx. 300 to 350 Baht including the metered fare (About 250 to 300 Baht to the center of Bangkok) and dispatch fee of 50 Baht (You will be charged the total of the combined metered fare and dispatch fee on arrival at your destination. If toll roads are used, the toll is to be paid by the customer). As baggage fees, you are charged 20 Baht for every piece of baggage exceeding 26 inches (66.04 cm) in either length, width, or height, 20 Baht for every piece of baggage after the second piece if you have three or more pieces, and 100 Baht for each piece of baggage with a length exceeding 50 inches (127 cm), such as golf bags and surfboards. These baggage fees also apply when going to the airport.

EV Taxi VIP

Electric-powered taxi.

You can use GrabTaxi, GrabCar, or JustGrab with the Grab taxi booking app.
Platform: There is a meeting point outside Gate No. 4 and Gate No. 7 on the 1st floor of the airport terminal building.
Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Fares: Differs depending on the type of vehicle and time period, and starts at around 340 Baht for the cheapest ride at the cheapest time. If toll roads are used, the toll is to be paid by the customer.

EV Taxi VIP

Electric-powered taxi.

Platform: Ask for an EV Taxi at the counter outside Gate No. 3 on the 1st floor of the airport terminal.
Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Fares: Based on distance. The attendant calculates the distance to the destination using an app when you request a taxi and you pay based on the amount calculated at the counter. About 800 to 900 Baht to the center of Bangkok. If toll roads are used, the toll is to be paid by the customer. Credit cards are accepted.

Limousine

Platform: Outside Airport Terminal Building second floor (Arrivals). There is a reception counter in the baggage claim area and in the arrivals lobby outside that area.
Traveling Time: Approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Fares: Price to Bangkok City Center is from 1,300 Baht (Price will differ depending on the vehicle type and distance. Price is from 800 Baht if within the vicinity of the airport. Includes toll road tolls.Credit cards are accepted.
Operating hours: 24 hours

Airport Bus

The S1 bus route to Khao San Road is operational.

Platform: The bus stop is out exit 7 on the first floor of the airport terminal building (arrivals floor) and across the street passing in front of the building.
Traveling time: About 1 to 1.5 hours
Fares: 60 Baht
Operating hours: 6:00 to 20:00 (30 minutes intervals)
