Renovation Work on Terminal Building
Due to the renovation work at the terminal building, the actual locations of certain facilities may be different to those shown on the map.

Regarding changes to the arrival floor and arrival route
From March 18, 2025, due to changes in the airport facilities, the arrival floor and the flow of passengers after arrival will change as follows.
Details of the change
- Before: Arrive on the 2nd floor
- After : Arrive on the 3rd floor
Arrival route
1. After arriving on the 3rd floor, please proceed to the immigration inspection area on the same floor.
2. After passing through immigration, proceed to the first floor arrivals area, collect your baggage, pass through customs, and proceed to the arrivals exit.

Wing Shuttle

The wing shuttle is an unmanned vehicle running automatically between the passenger terminal building and south/north wings. The stations are located in the south and north parts of the international transit lounge. The two wing shuttles run from the wing shuttle station building to the terminal station and to the midway station, respectively. Please choose the destination according to your boarding gate number.

Please present your passport and boarding pass.

Please present your boarding pass and the fast lane ticket which you will receive upon check-in. If you have completed the check-in by online check-in or by using an International Self-Service Check-in machine, proceed to the fast lane after receiving the fast lane ticket at the check-in counter of Kansai International Airport.
