On the Terminal 1 Upper Level where you will arrive, there are toilets, Information and a bus boarding/alighting area. Go down to the Ground Floor for immigration, baggage claim, customs, customs for connecting passengers and baggage drop counters for connecting passengers. In addition, there are also currency exchanges, ATMs, toilets, telephones and Information.
From December 15, 2022, the FMM (commonly known as "Immigration/Tourist Card") has been completely abolished and is no longer a requirement for passengers. Therefore, please present only your passport when entering the country. For the latest information, please refer to the Mexican government's website.
If you have any items to declare at Customs, please advise the Customs officer, submit a Customs Declaration Form and have your baggage inspected.

The Terminal 1 Upper Level where you will depart from has the ANA check-in and ticketing counters to perform check-in procedures, Security Check G, Security Check J and the immigration for passengers holding visa. After passing through, the Grand Lounge Elite is located near Gate 19 and there are also Information, toilets, currency exchanges, telephones, ATMs, a bus boarding/alighting area and a monorail station.

Go down from the Terminal 1 Upper Level to the Ground Floor and there are immigration, baggage claim, customs for connecting passengers and baggage counter. After passing through, passengers with a connection on an international flight should proceed to the Upper Level. Passengers with a connection departing from Terminal 2 should go to the station on the Upper Level for the monorail to Terminal 2. Passengers with a connection on a domestic flight should stay on the same level and proceed to the domestic flights. In addition, on the Ground Floor there are also toilets, currency exchanges, ATMs, telephones and Information. On the Upper Level, there are Security Check G and Security Check J (Immigration for passengers holding visa), as well as Information, toilets, currency exchanges, telephones, ATMs, bus boarding/alighting areas and a station for the monorail to Terminal 2.
Please pick up your baggage and undergo customs inspection for transit after Immigration inspection, and drop your baggage at baggage carousel for transit. Please proceed to Arrival Lobby and go to Terminal 2 or Departure floor.
Passengers whose baggage has been transported from Flight NH180 to an international flight with through check-in do not need to pass through customs or pick up their baggage.

On the Terminal 2 Upper Level, there are Security Check M, toilets, currency exchanges and a station for the monorail (Aerotoren) to Terminal 1. On the Ground Floor, there are arrival halls for both domestic and international flights and it is possible to go to Terminal 1 from the boarding area of transit bus between terminals. There are also toilets, currency exchanges and an area for boarding/alighting taxis. Passengers arriving on a bus from Terminal 2 and passengers arriving at Terminal 1 on a domestic flight connection should take the elevator from the Terminal 1 Ground Floor up to the Upper Level. Passengers who have traveled by monorail from Terminal 2 should stay on the Upper Level and proceed to the ANA check-in and ticketing counters. After the procedures, there are Security Check G and Security Check J (Immigration for passengers holding visa), as well as Information, toilets, currency exchanges, telephones, ATMs and the Grand Lounge Elite located near Gate 19.
