ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) Application for Entry into UK

The UK Government will make it mandatory for travellers from countries (including Japanese nationals from January 8, 2025) designated by the UK Government to obtain electronic travel authorisation (ETA) for the following purposes.

[Purpose of travel]

When travelling to the UK or connecting flights to other countries at airports in the UK, you will be checked for an ETA application status at check-in.
