Registration of emergency contact details for flights departing to/from an airport in the U.S.

In accordance with U.S. regulations, U.S. citizens using an ANA-operated flight departing to/from an airport in the U.S. can, if they wish to, register emergency contact details with ANA in case of an accident.

Customers who wish to register this information should print out the emergency contact information form below, complete the required sections of the form, and hand it to airport staff at the departure gate.

The emergency contact details collected will only be used by ANA in case of emergency and not for any commercial purpose. They will be disposed of appropriately after the flight arrives at its destination.
