There are reports that incorrect flight information such as time and flight number is indicated on Gmail.
For correct information, please click the URL in your email and confirm your "Review Reservation Details" display.
When a customer makes a reservation with a Membership No. that has a registered email address, this email address will be shown automatically in the reservation information section.
When using a Japan Air Commuter or Amakusa Airlines-operated flight, notifications about flight status on the departure date are not available. Please see the relevant airline's website for your latest flight status.

This notification is sent to inform you when online check-in has become available.
2 Hours Prior to Departure
This notification is sent to customers who have not checked in to inform them of the online check-in cut-off time.
We recommend that you register an email address which you can check while on the move.
When a customer makes a reservation with a Membership No. that has a registered email address, the address will be registered automatically in the reservation information section. An email notification will be sent to the automatically registered email address regarding flight information.

Your security software and email client may cause emails from ANA to be automatically placed in the junk email or trash folders, or even deleted. Please set your email system to receive emails from 121.ana.co.jp and mail.ana.co.jp in advance.
This email service is not available for international tickets containing Japan domestic sectors.
Receive push notifications via the ANA app on the day prior to departure and the departure date itself regarding flight delays/cancellations, weather condition checks and their results, the application of conditions to flight operations, boarding gate changes, aircraft (and seat) changes, and the securing of seats for standby at the airport requests. You will also receive push notifications on the departure date itself regarding online check-in and in the event of any changes to your reserved flight.
Please kindly note that if a delay or cancellation is confirmed two or more days prior to the departure date of the flight, the flight status information will not be sent via push notification but via email only.
Devices on which ANA app pop-up notifications have been enabled
SMS notifications are provided on the day prior to departure and the departure date itself regarding delays, cancellations, the holding/results of weather condition checks, flights operated with conditions, boarding gate changes, and aircraft (seat) changes; and on the departure date itself regarding changes to reserved flights.
Messages are sent to the number registered for SMS messages about flight status (on the day prior to departure and the departure date itself).
Upon making your reservation, please check "Receive SMS notifications about flight status on the departure date" on the Passenger Information screen.
This service is not available for flights with other carriers or codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
SMS notifications are not available in certain countries. Please see Countries Where Short Message Service (SMS) Notifications Are Not Available for details.
If the 2D barcode registered to your smartphone app is not the latest version available, you may not receive any pop-up notifications. If there are any changes to your reservation (including those attributable to ANA), please register your pass again. (Please note that these details will not be updated automatically to your current pass.)
