We support your travels by providing information in a timely manner from reservation to arrival.

Please register an email address which you can check on your trip.

Information

  • There are reports that incorrect flight information such as time and flight number is indicated on Gmail.

    For correct information, please click the URL in your email and confirm your "Review Reservation Details" display.

Email Notifications

Addressed to Main Contact person

Information provided

Emails are sent with information primarily regarding reservations (including changes/cancellation) and purchases. *1

Information provided

Emails are sent with notifications on boarding, flight status, etc. *1

  • Your security software and email client may cause emails from ANA to be automatically placed in the junk email or trash folders, or even deleted. Please set your email system to receive emails from 121.ana.co.jp, mail.ana.co.jp and amadeus.com* in advance.

  • In order to receive the latest information on your flight, please be sure to register your email address when making your reservation.

We will inform you immediately via e-mail if any schedule changes on your flights.
If you hold a flight reservation, please be sure to register your e-mail address.
