This page provides information on how to pay for your ticket at a convenience store.
After selecting your preferred flight, please select convenience store payment as the payment method for your ticket and then specify the convenience store where you would like to make your payment.
Confirm the reservation details and price, and then complete the necessary procedures.
1. Payment
Click the Display Payment Slip Number button and print out the payment slip displayed on the screen*, or show the payment slip on your tablet or smartphone screen at the Seven-Eleven store.
If a copy cannot be printed out, show the 13-digit payment slip number to the store clerk to make the payment.
Please make a payment at your nearest Seven-Eleven store by the due date printed on the payment slip or displayed on the screen.
If you are showing your smartphone screen, please present the "payment slip number" at the cashier.
After making the payment, please receive the Internet Shopping Payment Receipt (customer copy).
If you paid for your ticket at a convenience store, a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. Receipts compatible with invoicing systems can be issued via the Receipt Web Display Service.
Payments made by someone other than the passenger are also accepted.

2. On the Date of Departure
ANA Mileage Club members should bring their ANA Mileage Club card.
If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, you will need your confirmation number* and reservation number.
In addition to their reservation number, ANA Mileage Club non-members must bring the confirmation number to the airport on the departure date. This is printed on the Internet Shopping Payment Receipt (customer copy) issued upon making payment.
Online check-in can be completed on the ANA app or ANA website from 24 hours prior to departure.

Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain a payment slip, and take it to a cashier within 30 minutes to make your payment. After making your payment, collect a payment receipt or receipt.
Regardless of the validity period of the payment slip (within 30 minutes of issue), please ensure that you make your payment with a cashier before the ticket purchasing deadline.
If you paid for your ticket at a convenience store, a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. Receipts compatible with invoicing systems can be issued via the Receipt Web Display Service.
Payments by persons other than the passenger are also accepted.
As reservations cannot be changed using in-store terminals, we kindly request you to make any necessary changes before visiting the store.
Please note that reservations contain waiting lists and tour reservations cannot be processed.
If you selected FamilyMart on the payment screen beforehand and have your barcode displayed, you can also make your payment by presenting the barcode to the staff at the register. If your barcode cannot be scanned at the register, you will be required to make your payment using the multi-function copier instead.
■Persons other than ANA Mileage Club members
The payment receipt or receipt will have a Confirmation Number printed on it and you will need this number to board your flight. Please keep this piece of paper in a safe place until your departure date.
You should keep the Confirmation Number safe, as it enables a barcode to be issued for boarding.

2. On the Date of Departure
ANA Mileage Club members should bring their ANA Mileage Club card.

Print out or make a note of your online transaction number, and make your payment at the register.
Inform staff at the register that you would like to make a payment for an online transaction.
Enter your online transaction number (11 digits) without the hyphens on the touch panel.
Confirm the payment details and press [確定] (Confirm).
Make your payment. Please be sure to get a receipt.
Please note that payment is unavailable for the following reservations.
Reservations for which another payment method has been selected
Reservations that include waitlisted flights
Tour reservations

■ Passengers Who Are Not ANA Mileage Club Members
A confirmation number (required at the time of boarding) is specified on the "Receipt". Please keep it safe until the day of boarding.
Please safely keep the confirmation number as it is required for check-in.
2. On the Date of Departure
ANA Mileage Club members should bring their ANA Mileage Club card.
If you are not an ANA Mileage Club member, you will need your confirmation number* and reservation number.
In addition to their reservation number, passengers who are not ANA Mileage Club members must bring the confirmation number to the airport on the departure date. This is printed on the receipt issued upon making payment.

Print out the online transaction number (an 11-digit number) displayed on the screen or make a note of the number on your tablet or Smartphone, and take it with you to the store.

After making your payment using method 1 or 2, please obtain the following 3 pieces of paper: A regular receipt, a slip featuring your confirmation and reservation numbers, and a reservation information slip.
Scan your barcode at the register to make your payment.
Enter your 11-digit online transaction number at the register to make your payment.
If you paid for your ticket at a convenience store, a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. Receipts compatible with invoicing systems can be issued via the Receipt Web Display Service.
Payments made by someone other than the passenger are also accepted.
■ Passengers Who Are Not ANA Mileage Club Members
A confirmation number (required at the time of boarding) is specified on the "Receipt". Keep it safe until your departure date.
Being able to board is contingent on your confirmation number, so please make sure to keep it safe.

Until the day of boarding
Please note that there may be a reservation deadline and ticket purchase period depending on the type of fare.
Please complete the procedures as early as possible so that you can pass through security at least 20 minutes prior to the departure time. You may not be able to board your flight if you do not complete these procedures by the specified times.
Please contact the "Cancellation Function" at ANA Website or ANA by phone. The payment will be refunded to the specified account. (A bank transfer fee for refund, if any, is the customer's responsibility.)
Specified processing fees (refund fee and cancellation fee) will be charged for refund.
This service may not be available for some fares, such as the Premium ANA Card Holder's Discount Fare and the ANA Card Holder's Discount Fare.
Payments of more than JPY 300,000 cannot be processed.
After selecting your preferred flight, please select convenience store payment as the payment method for your ticket and then specify the convenience store where you would like to make your payment.
Confirm the reservation details and price, and then complete the necessary procedures.
Complete payment at a nearby Seven-Eleven by the date shown on the screen or the date printed on the payment coupon.
As of August 29, 2023, purchase of International Flight tickets at Seven-Eleven has been temporarily suspended. Please use other payment methods.
Follow the on-screen instructions on the convenience store multimedia terminal on how to print out your application coupon.
After completing the on-screen instructions and obtaining the application coupon, take it to the register and make the payment within 30 minutes of receiving the application coupon.
When making a payment at Seicomart, print out the Barcode and bring it to the register or enter the online payment number (11 digits) you received upon reservation and pay at the register.
Your payment number will be displayed on the reservation completion screen, so please print out a copy of this screen.
Enter your payment number on the register screen at the store, and then pay for your ticket in cash.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive "Your e-Ticket Passenger Receipt (Itinerary)." Please make sure you print these out and bring them with you to the airport.
Payment at convenience store is not available on code-share flights operated by affiliated airline companies or itineraries that include other airline companies flight names.
There is an application period, so payment at convenience store may not be available depending on the itinerary.
A set fee will be charged for changes and cancellations made after an application has been confirmed. A transfer fee may also be charged depending on the payment method.
Payment cannot be made by "Rakuten Edy". Please pay by cash.
The customer will be responsible for any transfer fees resulting from a refund. For verification purposes, you may also be asked to show official identification. See Cancellations/Refunds for details.
For payments from convenience stores, a receipt will be issued as a proof of payment.
Please use the "Receipt Web Display Service" if you wish a receipt that is compliant with the invoice system. (If you are unable to display a receipt due to ceretaion conditions, please apply from Receipt Application Form.)
Reservations made or changed over the phone with ANA representatives or at counters cannot be paid for on the ANA Website.
