Receipt issuing service (Japan Domestic Flights)

Here you will find information on how to issue receipts and use the Receipt Web Display Service.

Regarding Japanese invoice system

Receipts that have met the requirements of the invoice system can be displayed on the ANA app and ANA website.

If you are requesting these receipts, you will also need to provide the date on which the taxable assets were transferred (the actual boarding date). Please select the item in the Receipt Web Display Service options and also store the displayed flight ticket details.
The boarding pass, e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt, Security Certificate or Boarding Information form can also be used as a document with the written actual departure date. Because ANA's air transportation business is permitted to deliver qualified simplified invoices as specified in Article 70-11(4) of the Order for Enforcement of the Consumption Tax Act, the receipt issued will be a qualified simplified invoice.

Note that if you have a receipt that does not have the ANA Registration Number listed on it, you can display a receipt that lists the registration number by using the Receipt Web Display Service.

Regarding receipt issuance

Regarding the issuance of receipts, from February 1, 2024, we will review the handling of receipts at airports and reservation centers, and will no longer be able to accept the following items.

Combining multiple receipts into one receipt
Dividing one receipt into multiple receipts
Issuing a receipt for an amount different from the amount received

Notes

Receipts cannot be reissued. (The Receipt Web Display Service can be used any number of times within the issue period.)
Receipts cannot be issued for ANA Biz.

Receipts cannot be issued for ANA Biz tickets for corporate customers.
For Japan Domestic Flight Awards, receipts will only be issued if the itinerary contains a flight departing from or arriving at an airport for which a domestic passenger facility charge (PFC) is payable. Such receipts will show the amount paid for the PFC.
If you paid for your ticket at a convenience store, a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. Receipts compatible with invoicing systems can be issued via the Receipt Web Display Service.

Cases in Which Receipt Inquiries Must be Directed at the Store of Purchase

Purchases from a source other than ANA, such as a travel agency, etc.
Receipt for tickets issued by airlines with which it has interline transportation agreements with ANA.
Receipt for domestic tour packages

Issuance Periods/Methods

Below you will find information on how to issue and obtain receipts at the airport and how to issue them via the Receipt Web Display Service.

The period for issuing receipts and the number of times you can do so will vary depending on the method you use.

This service displays receipt for tickets purchased on the ANA app, ANA website, through the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center, or at ANA domestic flight airport counters.

Issuance period

Up to 15 months after the ticket purchase date (must be the same calendar day as the ticket purchase date)

There is no limit to number of times receipt can be displayed within its issuance period.

How to Obtain

Click on the Receipt Search button to view a receipt. Alternatively, go to the ANA app and ANA website, click on the Receipt/Certificate for Boarding button, and then perform the necessary procedures.

Receipts can be viewed by passenger and sector. (excludes purchases using multiple payment methods, "ANA Milege Club Companion Fare" and "Connection Discount Fares")
The flight number displayed on receipt for open tickets linked to a canceled reservation will be the originally reserved flight.
Receipt for the handling fee can also be displayed (it cannot be viewed by passenger or sector.)
The name on the receipt can be changed.
You can choose to show or hide the details.

Points of Contact for Cases Where Receipt Web Display Service Cannot Be Used

For the following cases, please complete the Receipt Application Form or contact the ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center.

Split receipt
The reservation contained more than 4 segments or more than 6 passengers
Segments you have already boarded, if a price difference occurs when you change remaining segments after having boarded a portion of the segments

Example:
Outbound: Tokyo to Osaka (boarding completed)
Inbound: Osaka to Tokyo (not used)
→ Outbound: If a price difference occurs when the Osaka to Tokyo inbound flight is changed after having boarded the flight from Tokyo to Osaka, a receipt for the Tokyo to Osaka outbound flight cannot be issued by ASW

The Receipt Application Form can be used to request a receipt if it is difficult for you to obtain a receipt at the airport, or you cannot use the Receipt Web Display Service.

Notes on Using the Receipt Application Form

Delivery may take between 7 and 10 days.
Please note that we cannot correspond by fax or email.
A maximum of 4 sectors can be issued each person.
Receipt for refund and cancel fee can be issued after refund.
If you apply for a receipt for a ticket purchased with ANA SKY COINS through the Receipt Request Form, the receipt will be issued for the total amount including ANA SKY COINS.
