Originally scheduled departure date: Refers to the departure date of the initially reserved flight which was (or is going to be) delayed or canceled.
Example) Departure date of initially reserved flight: March 1 ⇒ Flight Cancellation (30 days following March 1 = Changes allowed to flights departing up to and including March 31)
Departure date of new flight: March 3 ⇒ Also canceled (30 days following March 1 = Changes allowed to flights departing up to and including March 31)
If you plan to change a flight because it has been delayed/canceled and you are not going to be able to catch your connecting/return flight, you will also be able to change the latter in line with the abovementioned points.
In this instance, please change your delayed/canceled flight and the connecting/return flight at the same time.

Processing may not be possible in some cases depending on the ticket type, payment method, and purchasing location.
If reservation records do not match, inbound flights cannot be changed for outbound flight cancellations.Please contact the ANA Domestic reservation/information center.
You can also change the route of your reserved flight. ANA will pay for charges incurred by changes (transportation, accommodation) within the authorized range.

When boarding...
You may use online check-in.Proceed directly to the security checkpoint on the date of boarding.
If a refund is to be paid due to a difference in fare (or miles) for the flight, you must acquire a new 2D barcode after the change.(Your current 2D barcode is invalid.)
Customers who have not reserved a seat should complete boarding procedures at an automated check-in machine.
