Changes and Refunds

  • Transfer to another ANA flight or a refund will be made for delays or cancellations of scheduled flights due to acts of nature such as typhoons or snow.

  • Changes and refunds can be processed the day after the departure date of the scheduled flight. Please complete the process within 10 days following the departure date of the scheduled flight.(Excluding package and group tours).

  • The customer will be responsible for the various costs incurred (transport, accommodation) when changing flights due to bad weather, etc.

    A verification code (ANA Mileage Club Customer Number, Confirmation Number, or the Credit Card Used for Payment) is required to be submitted.
