In the cases that regular transportation is not available from the arrival airport to your destination, or an accommodation is required for the reason that your flight is rescheduled to the next day due to cancellation if a delay and/or cancellation occur due to aircraft maintenance or other reasons caused by ANA, we will pay accommodation and/or transportation expenses within the limits specified by ANA.
You will need to provide a receipt in order to receive reimbursement.
Please settle your expense within 30 days of the scheduled departure date of your reserved flight.

The ticket refund is required if you were transferred to the other regular public transportation.

Please do not apply for a standard flight ticket refund and make sure you are reimbursed within 30 days following the departure date of your booked flight.
