When using the International In-Flight Duty-Free Shopping Pre-Order Service on Honolulu routes, show your Pre-order Number to a Mahalo Lounge staff member to receive a free Mini HONU key chain.

Eligible Passengers

Passengers who have completed pre-order service reservations on Honolulu routes

Both outbound and inbound flights are eligible.

Orders can be placed any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.
Example: If your departure date is on April 1, you can place an order from March 22 up to 23:59 on March 29 (JST).
In some cases, the application deadline may be one day sooner for some flights departing from overseas.

Show your Pre-order Number to a Mahalo Lounge staff member.

Your Pre-order Number can be found in your Booking Complete email.

You will receive either Lani, Kai, or La. You cannot choose which character to receive.
