Campaign Details

During the campaign period, members can redeem an ANA Japan Domestic Flight Award for 2,000 miles less than normal when reserving it for any Japan domestic flight falling within the eligible departure period (low season).
This campaign is only available online.

Japan domestic codeshare flights operated by Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines are not eligible for flight awards.

Flight awards that are reserved and ticketed during the above period are eligible for the campaign.

Eligible Customers

ANA Mileage Club members and family members within two degrees of kinship who are registered as Award Users

If a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member will use a flight award, the member must register that person as an Award User in advance. (Up to 10 Award Users can be registered.) Please go to Award User Registration to register. (You will then move to the members-only page.)

Award Users may be asked to present documentation to verify their relationship with the ANA Mileage Club member.

Reservations and Ticketing

Members will become eligible for this campaign after logging in to the ANA website, proceeding to the flight award reservations screen, selecting their preferred flight, and then selecting Award Reservation (Campaign Mileage) in the campaign information box at the bottom of the Passenger Information Entry screen.

This campaign is only available online. Please log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app, and then make your reservation from the flight award reservations screen.

If your itinerary contains two sectors on routes requiring different mileage amounts, you must reserve and issue a flight award ticket for each sector.

Please note that campaign mileage is available for non-stop flights on eligible routes only.

There is a separate mileage chart showing Required Mileage Charts (4 Sectors Involving Okinawa's Outlying Islands), but itineraries containing flights to/from an outlying island in the Okinawa Prefecture (Miyako or Ishigaki) with a connection in Naha are not eligible for this mileage discount campaign.

Please note that the number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.

Changes and Cancellations

*
Reservation changes to flight tickets issued through this campaign will only be permitted if they involve a change to a flight on the same sector and within the eligible departure period. Changes to departure and arrival airports are not permitted.
However, for flights to/from Tokyo/Osaka, it is possible to switch the departure and arrival airports between those specified below if there are vacant seats for flight awards on the flight you would like to change to.
- Flights to/from Tokyo: Haneda Airport, Narita Airport
- Flights to/from Osaka: Itami Airport, Kansai Airport, Kobe Airport

Flight reservation changes must be made by 1 day prior to the new departure date and before the departure time of the originally reserved flight. On the departure date, it is not possible to change to a flight at a different time.

Flights cannot be changed to dates falling outside the eligible departure period.
*

Refunds are available for Japan Domestic Flight Awards for which all sectors are unused, and require payment of the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person).
*

It is not possible to switch to campaign mileage for flight awards that have already been reserved and ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage, even if they are for flights on an eligible route and within the eligible period.
*

Miles that have expired at the time of the refund request cannot be refunded.
*

Reservations can be changed on the ANA website for reasons such as bad weather.
*

Reservations for flight awards that are redeemed with ANA Family Miles cannot be changed on the ANA website. To change such a reservation, please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
