Flight awards that are reserved and ticketed during the above period are eligible for the campaign.

Reservations can be made up to 96 hours before the departure of the first flight within the itinerary.

Only itineraries for which all flights have been reserved and ticketed during the campaign reservation and ticketing period are eligible for the campaign. Flight awards that are reserved but not ticketed during this period are not eligible for the campaign.
In the case of a seat becoming available for a standby request falling outside the campaign period, flight awards will be ticketed by the ANA Mileage Club Service Center for the standard amount of required mileage.

If you will travel during different seasons and in different classes for your outbound flight and return flight, the mileage required for each flight will be divided by 2 and then combined.

Except in the case of Japan domestic flights, codeshare flights operated by another airline under an ANA flight number are not eligible.

Itineraries can contain both Economy Class and Premium Economy.

Flight award itineraries containing flights operated by other airlines (partner airline flight award itineraries) are not eligible for this campaign even if they contain ANA flights on eligible routes.

Please note that the number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.

If a person other than the ANA Mileage Club member will use a flight award, the member must register that person as an Award User in advance. (Up to 10 Award Users can be registered.)

Award Users may be asked to present documentation to verify their relationship with the ANA Mileage Club member.

This campaign is only available online. Please log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app during the campaign reservation period, and make a reservation from the flight award reservation screen.

To be eligible for the campaign, your entire itinerary must fall within the eligible departure period, and you must use an eligible route and service class.

To qualify for the campaign, both the departure and arrival airports must be on one of the eligible routes.

During the campaign period, you can choose whether or not you wish to use the mileage discount.

Itineraries containing two international flights from/to Japan are eligible for the campaign. Itineraries containing three or more international flights with a connection in Japan are not eligible.

Itineraries containing domestic connections in Japan are also eligible for the campaign.

Itineraries which originate from a point outside Japan are also eligible for the campaign.

Flights reserved through this campaign cannot be changed. However, if the number of miles required for the flight is the same before and after the change (within the campaign period and in the same season and seat class), the reservation can be changed.
(low season：2/1～2/28, 4/1～4/26, regular season：3/1～3/31)

Flight Awards reserved and ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage will not be eligible for the mileage discount campaign, even if they are for flights on an eligible route and within the eligible period.

If you would like to change your reserved flight or use this campaign to reserve and issue a new ticket for a flight award that has already been reserved/ticketed using the standard amount of required mileage, you will be able to do so as long as your ticket is unused. You must first request a refund for your current ticket and pay the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person). You must then reserve and issue a ticket for a new flight award using the amount of mileage required for the campaign.

You may only request a refund for a flight award that has already been ticketed if none of the sectors in the itinerary have been used. You will be required to pay the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person) upon making your refund request, and the miles that you used to redeem the flight award will then be returned to your account.

Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded.

Taxes, charges, passenger facility charges, fuel surcharges, and all other incidental charges incurred in connection with obtaining and using awards must be paid by the award user.

Mileage is not accrued when using flight awards.

Please note that the conditions which apply to tickets reserved and issued through this campaign will differ in some ways from regular tickets. In such cases, the conditions listed above will take priority.

ANA Card cardholders who wish to have their family members combine miles to redeem awards must register for the ANA Card Family Miles service or ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service (AFA).
